WMF 6.5 Qt Pressure Cooker easy cleaning best buy and reviews : This is an excellent pressure cooker and so easy to use. I didn't know which size to buy. Really it depends on what you are going to cook in it, but I find it is way bigger than we need for 2 people. We are both vegans so use it a lot for beans, which it does an excellent job of cooking. We aren't going to be cooking whole chicken or anything large, so the 4 qt would have been plenty big enough. I came home last night and cooked corn on the cob and veggies. Usually I do the corn in the microwave but am trying not to use the microwave. The corn was very tasty and crunch in 3 minutes. No messing around with paper towels or saran wrap either. Review by R. WMF 6.5 Qt Pressure Cooker : Constructed in Germany of heavy-gauge Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel. I have been looking for a pressure cooker for weeks and did some research. When i received my WMF Pressure Perfect i was first scared as i have never used a pressure cooker before. I read the instructions, then made a favourite beef and vegetables stew that usually takes me 45 minutes (excluding prep time) on my electric ceramic top stove. Lol and behold,i used 15 minutes (it could have been less,i guess my being a newbie added a few more minutes).And the stew tasted better (my picky 7 yr daughter gobbled it up in no time). The cooker quality is great and the it delivers what it promises.And another plus,it takes very little heat to maintain pressure (1 on a 10 settings stove.The energy and time savings is worth it.If you need a pressure cooker,this is it.
